How do you spell caring? At Washington Street School it is spelled . . . Operation Haiti! Sixth grade students in Ms. Mugno's class organized a Loose Change Fundraiser, working hard to collect donations for earthquake stricken Haiti. Students, staff, and families at WSS have been generously contributing to this worthy cause. We hope to reach our goal of $2500 by Friday, February 12th. It is so nice to see the kids get involved in something so worthy. I know my son went all out when he heard about the project. Thank you to Ms. Mugno and the whole class and all who donated.
